With experience across a number of industries, including fashion, retail, hospitality and events, Kylie understands what your business needs to achieve your goals. She also understands that you need guidance to choose, implement and train your people successfully, which is why she started Squirrel Business Hub.

Away from the office, Kylie likes to unwind in the yoga studio or while walking her dog Oscar on the beach.

Kerryn oversees all CRM implementation and ongoing project work. She is passionate about CRM and one of only two Zoho CRM Certified Consultants in Australia. She has worked with a variety of CRM systems over the last 13 years, including six years of intense Zoho CRM deployment.

Kerryn is committed to implementing CRM to help business owners grow and prosper. She works closely with you to ensure that the platform you use integrates with and streamlines your sales and marketing processes. Her consulting knowledge and ability to work with (and train) your team will help to integrate CRM seamlessly into your business culture.

Emily is a small-business enthusiast who uses her knowledge and experience of computers, systems and administration to help clients set up and get the best out of their CRM system.

Having worked in the personal assistant and virtual assistant world for more than 12 years, Emily is organised, efficient and tech savvy. Her industry experience includes finance, recruitment and health, which gives her a good understanding of how different types of businesses function, as well as the skills to customise our clients’ systems for ease of use and a smooth and efficient workflow.

Trina Colville

Trina brings to her role an in-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM from a user’s perspective. She also has a background in accounting, a Master’s degree in marketing, and 15 years’ experience working within a range of businesses – all of which have combined to give her a clear understanding of the needs of the user and the problems they might encounter, as well as of business requirements and the importance of having the right systems in place.

With these skills and experience, Trina has the expertise to guide you through every stage of acquiring a new platform – from needs analysis, through set-up and training, and finally to trouble-shooting and ongoing support.

Rod brings to his role extensive experience in operations, infrastructure and data warehousing, and a thorough understanding of cloud systems. A certified Prince2 practitioner, he has managed large and small infrastructure projects, implementations and upgrades, as well as onshore and offshore teams.

With his sound technical knowledge, ability to manage complex projects, thoroughness and commitment to quality, Rod is well qualified to guide and support our clients throughout their CRM journey.

Nicole’s experience, both as a business owner and in high-level management with start-ups and established businesses, across industries including FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods), luxury goods, service, retail, transport and consulting, has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face. Her expertise, combined with a passion for providing effective solutions, ensures that our clients are in capable hands.

Kim thrives on using her initiative and problem-solving skills to streamline and improve processes and prides herself on delivering work of the highest standard. Off duty, Kim enjoys time with family and friends, camping and quiet nights in with a cheese platter and a good wine.

Sarai has a Bachelor of Business Management and a diploma in tourism management and gained her experience and knowledge through industries such as retail, tourism and transport. Her strengths lie in administration and her ability to support the Squirrel team to ensure that your CRM is created and works for you and your business exactly as you’d like it to.

Fim Buathong

Fim provides front-line support to our clients and is our go-to person for all things technical, including data migration, analytics, report-building and testing integrations. He brings to his role a talent for solving problems and explaining complex concepts in clear, accessible language, and prides himself on providing excellent customer service.

Fim’s technical abilities are underpinned by a degree in Business Information Systems, with a major in data analytics, from Swinburne University of Technology. He has experience with data analytics tools such as R, Tableau and Power BI and an amazing ability to master new technologies quickly.

Away from the support desk, Fim lets off steam by pursuing his passion for motorsports and fitness.

Michael Toogood

Michael scopes and develops third-party integrations to help our clients get their business systems working together. He is highly experienced in all aspects of web development and adept in the use of PHP/MySQL, XHTML/CSS and Javascript/AJAXH.

With 15 years’ experience in IT roles including support and app development, and having worked for Australian and international clients in industries such as finance, he has a clear understanding of our clients’ business requirements and how to meet them.

Elizabeth researches, writes, edits and publishes Squirrel’s blog posts, case studies and other web content, social media updates and training materials, and develops eDM campaigns.

With extensive experience in education and as an editor in book and magazine publishing, she is able to produce content that is clear and accessible to the intended audience, and expressed in plain English. Elizabeth also works with clients to develop their content and evaluate projects.

Ali is a certified Zoho developer and full-stack enthusiast specializing in PHP/ MySQL, HTML/CSS and Javascript/AJAXH.

After studying mathematics at university, Ali began his career as a user-interface and graphic-design engineer, later moving into back-end development. With this broad range of experience, Ali is able to turn his hand to a wide variety of development tasks.

Nayan has more than five years’ experience in web development, specialising in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Nayan began his career as a software engineer after completing his MCA (Master of Computer Science). He has worked on various PHP frameworks, including CodeIgnitor, as well as on WordPress and e-commerce platforms. He also has expertise in third-party integrations.

Vinita is a developer with expertise in preparing web services for mobile applications, building ERP and accounting systems and customising CRM systems.
