The Brief

The company had implemented Zoho but were not getting full value out of the CRM and wanted local support rather than trying to engage with overseas call centres. Integration with PrintIQ was also required to streamline the sales process and reduce time spent on data re-entry. The staff needed insight in to how the CRM system worked and training on how to use it to its full advantage.

The Solution

  • Onsite training with users to demonstrate functions as relevant to their daily work procedures.
  • Custom API script written to integrate Zoho CRM and Print IQ systems.

  • Although not initially the main objective, the CRM has significantly assisted with business development and winning new customers.
